This place is perfect for me, with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and comfortable rooms. I appreciated the staff's help with shopping tips on my first stay. I look forward to returning for Christmas!

Everything was excellent, had a pleasant stay for business trip. The folks working here were welcoming and knowledgeable. The hotel had a central position close to the services, a local pub and Magor. Also, a ruined Tudor mansion was 4 km away. Liked our stay.

Friendly staff & Inexpensive
The keys to our door seemed to fit every other door in the hotel (We discovered this when we accidentally entered the wrong room. We then tested the key on the maid's closet -which also worked.). The Mattress was of the poorest quality and badly needed to be replaced. The faucets in the bathroom (one for hot and one for cold water) were very inconvenient (whoever thought of this???). It was miserable to try to wash my hands.. juggling between very hot and very cold water. The heater did not seem to work and the room was somewhat cold. Finally, and perhaps one of my biggest complaints is that the internet is NOT free. To gain access to the internet, I have to agree to be marketed by multiple companies. I chose instead to use my own Wi-Fi even though I had desparately wanted to conserve it. Sadly, we were glad to leave the hotel.

The location was super convenient, right by the m4 motorway services. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. Extra bedding for the kids! We also loved that they provided tea, coffee, and bottled water. The pet-friendly policy made it great for our family.
